1. Acceptance
By accessing or using infratmp.dev (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
infratmp.dev provides ephemeral infrastructure sandboxes — including Postgres, Valkey, Kafka, S3, NoSQL, and Mailbox — for development and testing purposes. Each sandbox is automatically destroyed after 15 minutes.
3. Free Tier
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:
- Change or discontinue any feature at any time without notice
- Adjust sandbox TTLs, resource limits, or rate limits at any time
- Introduce paid tiers in the future (see section 8)
No service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee is offered on the free tier.
4. Appropriate Use
Sandboxes are intended for development and testing only. You must not use the Service to:
- Store production data, personal data, or regulated data
- Store any data you expect to persist beyond the 15-minute TTL
- Conduct automated mass-provisioning, denial-of-service attacks, or other abuse
- Host or transmit illegal content
- Attempt to harvest credentials or probe infrastructure beyond your own sandbox
Rate limits are enforced per IP address. Abuse — at our sole discretion — results in an immediate IP ban without prior notice.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that sandboxes will be available, error-free, or that data will not be lost before the TTL expires.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, infratmp.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Premium Tier Coming soon
A future premium tier will offer extended TTLs, higher rate limits, and persistent credentials. Stripe will be used for billing. At that time, additional terms governing account creation, payment, cancellation, and data retention will be added to this document.
